Lead small groups of up to 10 students in grades K-8 in various activities including arts and crafts, science, and math, music, inside and outside games, sports, dance, homework, yoga, theater, technology, fitness activities, cheerleading, electronics, science, and other enrichment programs.
Under direct supervision of the Before & After School Center Administrator, Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring students are actively engaged in learning activities, maintaining a safe environment, and monitoring student behavior according to ERfC’s discipline procedures.
