On Thursday March 2nd, 2023, in partnership with Hartford Public Library, Hartford Public Schools, East Hartford Public Schools, Bloomfield Public Schools and the Consolidated School District of New Britain, we invite you to join us for Read Across America Day! 

This year's theme is celebrating a world of diverse readers and helping local children develop a love of reading. This year's book is "Hair Love" by Matthew Cherry. At the event, volunteers will read the book and do an activity with a classroom of students.

WE ARE AT CAPACITY FOR VOLUNTEERS AT EACH OF THE 4 LOCATIONS.
