

Who We Are
Through a variety of human services and employment and training programs, ULA provides direct assistance, advocacy and vital linkages to community services for workers and their families. Staff assist workers in a variety of areas including Employment Counseling, Unemployment Benefits, Veterans Benefits, Medical and Health Services, Workers Compensation, Disability Benefits, Emergency Food Pantry, Public Assistance, Alcohol and Drug Counseling, Family Counseling and more.
What We Do
The United Labor Agency serves the human service needs of Connecticut workers and their families. The United Agency, founded by the Connecticut AFL-CIO and officially incorporated in 1979, is a non-profit 501(c)3 human service organization designed to meet the off-the-job needs of CT workers and their families.
