United Way Emerging Leaders Society (ELS) is made up of people like you: emerging leaders motivated to impact change in our community. Our mission is to Connect Leaders. Cultivate Relationships. Change Our Community. ELS provides resources to help you make giving a vital, growing part of your career and life.

What We Do
Our key demographic includes leaders, ages 21-40, in the 40-town service area of United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut.
Individuals who join are committed and enthusiastic about creating change in our community--leading their peers to #DoSomethingBIG!
